I replaced the light bulbs the builder installed in my garage with these. The difference is amazing. They are very bright and light up all of the garage with a great distribution of light. If they last as long as they claim, they will be in my garage a loooong time. The price is definitely great compared to most LED bulbs on the market. They are harsh if you end up looking at them and some sort of diffuser would help this. Then again, I don’t look at them, I use them to see other things,…
I have several dome-style light fixtures in my house that use two bulbs each, mounted horizontally. I didn’t think normal LED bulbs would provide even lighting when mounted horizontally, but decided to try these. I have been so happy with them that I am back to order more! They are easily as bright (if not brighter) than 60W incandescent lights and provide very even illumination. I tried both the 2700k and 6000k bulbs, but found I very much prefer the warm white 2700k.
