Good bulbs for the price but time will tell. I would rate these bulbs 4.5 stars if I could. They lights were packaged very well (individual cardboard tubes with plastic end caps protecting the contacts). I re-wired an old fluorescent fixture for direct current and used it to test these lights. One of the twenty bulbs was defective but Amazon issued an $8 refund within a couple of hours of me contacting them. As always, Amazon’s return policy is terrific. The lights do seem a little on the flimsy side but they produce a bright white light,…
