Bright, very bright I bought H4’s for my 1999 4Runner Limited. The fit perfectly and because the heatsink can be removed from the bulb body, I was able to install them in 10 minutes (maybe less) with the factory dust boot without any modifications. The light is EXTREMELY bright with a good cutoff considering they are mounted in reflector housing designed nearly 20 years ago. I was worried they would be too blue because they are marked 6500K but they turned out to be closer to 5000K which is a very pure white…
