Proof of Purchase is required for warranty service.
This Jullison LED warranty does not cover bulbs subjects to accident, neglect, abuse, misuse or natural disasters.
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND IS YOUR SOLE REMEDY EXCEPT TO THE EXTEND PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLELAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMANGES IS HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
Some states do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.
