Do not follow the step by step instructions as they are out of order and they do not tell you how to adjust for leveling Light is exactly as pictured-very beautiful for the price. I am very mechanically inclined and could see from reading the instructions that it would not go together in the order it states so my time to install was minimal. I found out after installation (on my own) how to level it and bring the diffuser down to the rim (evenly push the 3 support wires back up into the cylinder) and I was only missing the large plastic washer for the diffuser which did not affect function. Modern style, sketchy directions…. I saw this chandelier a few months ago and kept coming back to it. Finally purchased it! It is just as gorgeous as I thought. I was thrilled that it was inexpensive compared to others. It’s a more modern style, and it’s great. The only negative is that because the directions were rather incomplete, it wasn’t the easiest install. Took me and hubby about 2.5 hours, which was crazy, when all was said and done. Had to go back a few times as there is a lot left unsaid in the directions…
