These LEDs give a good light and the color is only slightly yellowish compared with decorative tungsten bulbs. I am subtracting one star because too much of the light goes to the sides and not enough downward – compared with similar tungsten bulbs. I put the lights in a chandelier over my dining table, and immediately noticed that the table seemed darker than the rest of the room. I have since moved the LED bulbs to another fixture where light to the side is desirable, and they do quite well…
