Not What I Paid For I’ve been using Amazon for many years and I can’t say I’ve ever been ripped off until now. I ordered 8 of these for my kitchen which meant they needed to look decent as well as give good light. They were neither. In fact, the boxes they were packed in showed the same modern white outer shell, yet what was inside were 6 cheap glass bulbs with rough cracked edges and only two that even remotely resembled the pictures you see here. They had low quality”LE” stickers that looked like a child…
Nice light output / put in Malibu up light fixtures – these are not dimmable These lights put out a nice natural light. I installed four lights in Malibu’s standard staked ground lights. I was using another LED bulb in the fixtures that lasted 4 years, but gave a nearly white light with a narrow beam. I found these by accident because one of my prior LEDs failed and they are not available.These lights give a full up light at the base of some landscape areas that filled the area to be lit il up better than the prior LED’s.Another reviewer…
Big difference in light output at less voltage. Well worth upgrading to LED. Replaced the original halogen bulbs in my outdoor spot lights with these when the old ones started to burn out. The difference in light output is amazing with these LED bulbs that use less voltage than the halogen. Really brightened up the front of the house. The bulbs are a bit thicker and taller than the original equipment, so I was a little worried that they would fit inside the holders and allow me to screw on the glass water protector lenses. They were a tight fit, but they did work…
