Great for amazing lighting, not bright enough for main light
Best “White” LED Bulb Though this bulb is quite dim (at 5W), it’s the only “acceptable white” bulb that my husband will let me have in our bedroom. I’ve found that using a Y-bulb splitter and adding an additional bulb takes care of the brightness issue 🙂 (Oddly enough, the Taotronics bulb in my video review does not work in the splitter at all.)I’m using red and amber / orange bulbs at night to help maintain my (and also our pets) circadian rhythm. We bought these for our preschoolers, who kept turning their overhead lights on after bedtime. They wanted more light than a standard night light could provide.
