Check your lumens, not your wattage. I have been using 50W halogen MR16 bulbs in my 12V fixtures for years and thought it time to switch to LED’s. While searching through Amazon, I came across these units. They clearly state they replace 50W halogen bulbs. Well they might fit in the socket, but they are not 50W equivalent.
