Q: How many units come in the box?
One unit.

Q: Are the tubes included?
A: Yes two 20W tubes are included. The tubes are integrated into the housing design, so if tube goes out before the 5 year warranty is over, you simply throw away the whole fixture. In this event, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We got you covered!

Q: What are the housing dimensions?
A: The length of the housing is 47.7″ and the depth of the housing is 1.94″

Q: What is included in the box?
A: 1 x LED Utility Shop Light, 1 x Instruction Manual, 2 x 11″ Ceiling chains, 2 x Screw eye hooks, 2 x Dry wall anchors, 4 x S hooks (to attach chains to housing).

Q: How long is the on/off pull chain?
A: 10 inches.

Q: Does the AC Adaptor exit from the side or the top?
A: It exits from the side.

Q: How long is the cord?
A: 5 Feet or 60 inches.

Q: Are these dimmable?
A: No they are not dimmable.

Q: Are the tubes replaceable?
A: No.

Q: Are the LED strips replaceable?
A: No.
