This LED driver is made well. the electronics are fully encased in a kind of plastic and housed in an aluminum shell with just the necessary wires extending. I have some under-cabinet LED lighting in my kitchen that was originally installed by the previous owner. The lights would cut off briefly, 1 or 2 seconds, every 5-10 minutes.
