Very bright and sharp Noticeably brighter than my other household flashlights including other LED ones. Zoom feature is useful to focus light when needed. My biggest complaint is that it cycles through a bunch of settings each time you press the power button (bright, sort of bright, flashing fast, flashing slowly, etc).
