Sounds like a scam from China The flashlight comes in a box with only a label. No instructions. So you have to look on the Amazon listing to see how it works. It also comes with a battery holder for three AAA batteries. I first put in new AAA batteries and took it outside and compared it to my 200 Lm flashlight and there wasn’t a lot of difference. After some research it seems that to get the full power you need to use rechargeable 18650 battery which is 3.7v instead of the AAA 1.5v.. I bought 2 with a charger on…
