660 nanometers is the peak wavelength forphotosynthesis and photoperiodism. Red light is best for blooming and fruits.

Blue 460-470 nanometers

Blue light is good for photosynthesis; andhelp to induce Chlorophyll and Carotenoid, which are necessary for healthyleaves.

Warm white (Full Spectrum) 380-800nmnanometers

Warm white light increase light intensity and enhance photosynthesis.
