272W??? I don’t think so. They advertise this as a 272W light bar. So if that is the case, then running it at 12.38 V which is what I am running it at would give be a current of 21.97 amps (P=VI). The light came with 14 GA wire leads. 14 GA in a 12V system would never handle almost 22 amps of current. All the charts I find is 10 GA minimum, 8 GA recommend. So I wired this into my system using the 14 GA and a 10 amp fused switch and low an behold the light runs. If it were truly 272W the fuse should instantly blow,…
Seemingly Great Product With A Huge Flaw This review is for the 2Pcs 7″ 80W model on this listing. These lights were purchased to be used as driving lights on an 08′ Accord.
