Spend 20 more dollars and get a reliable USA made light I’ve grown indoors for 6+ years. I’ve used soil &Hydro, as well as HID, and LED lighting. I’ve only had the light on for 24hrs and you can see the response from the seedlings alone. ( Bigger seedlings have a 2wk head start with a small 45watt Led light.)
