Failed quickly, but excellent customer service follow up Edited 3-1-2019: Aaiwa customer service took the initiative to reach out to me by email after i returned the first set of lights that I provided to learn more about the problem I had with the first product that was delivered, and offered to immediately replace the lights. This was surprising and excellent customer service, and redeemed the problems with the first set entirely. Update: very good customer service on warranty claim Updated 15 Sep 2019: AAIWA was prompt and friendly to respond to my concern about one of the lights failing prematurely. They shipped me, no cost, a replacement. All good, appreciate the effective customer service.Original review June 2019: These are bright, nice-looking, easy to mount, and I hope theyâll hold up.
