The 20 light string works great, it will remain lit nearly all night even … Great light, not too bright for use at eye level or in direct path.Also this style is not recommended for below 5′ placement where exterior shrubs or leaves are present. I purchased a 30 light string (by accident) and a 20 light string (on purpose). The 20 light string works great, it will remain lit nearly all night even on cloudy days. On sunny days, the string will remain lit all night, really happy with that. The 30 light string – not so much. On cloudy days it will remain lit for maybe 1 hour tops and dim at that. On sunny days maybe 4 to 5 hours. I would suggest a larger solar panel and higher capacity battery for the 30 light string, it works great…
