I think it will only work if you follow the instructions to turn off all media first. So we turn of everything an hour or so before bed and we read a book (works for hubby also). After months of taking OTC sleep aids I don’t use them any longer and sleep very well. Ridiculously expensive but nice This bulb keeps on getting more expensive every time I look at it, some marketing whiz probably figures that people who can’t sleep will pay anything to get a nights sleep. Having said that I admit that I really like this bulb, whether it helps my wife sleep better is debatable but I really like the light, just walking into the bedroom with the light on is immediately restful. The color is not deep amber as some of the sleep bulbs, and it is easy to read by. I’d buy a ton of these if they…
