Easily convert to LED Great light, easily converted to led which is why I bought 6 of these $12 for the unit and $8 for the bulb, you can’t beat that. There charging $80 to $150 for one LED shop light. It won’t matter that this is an old school T-12 light because you just cut out the ballast, which it what makes the difference. I just converted (8) 30 year old lights, and they work and look like brand new. People, don’t buy this light if you just planning on using the T12 bulbs, you won’t be able to find the bulbs…
Easy to convert for LED. Bought several of these from here as well as home depot to use them with T8 LED bulbs. The T8 and T12 connector is the same. The T12 refers to the ballast used inside. Once the ballast is removed and the wires are ran to the connectors directly (Line and Neutral as indicated on the LED bulbs you buy) then it does not matter if you buy T8 fixtures or T12 fixtures.Some LED bulbs do not have a “polarity” and can be wired either way.Please hire an electrician if you are…
