- Ultra Thin LED design only requires a 6 inch ceiling hole and 2 inches of ceiling space are needed to fit LED wafer recessed light and UL recognized driver

This review is specific to the 3” light. The thin wafer and detached driver is a good retrofit solution for shallow ceilings. The spring clips are strong and the fit to the ceiling is snug. Installation tips: A) for the 3” light, use the end knockouts, not the side knockouts. The driver box is 2.5” wide and will just fit through a 3” hole. Great lights! These are the only “Listed” LED wafer lights including their own junction box with driver built in!! So easy to install. Just use the included template to cut the exact size hole and simply use the spring loaded clips to keep very securely in place. Looks like a can light when installed. No protrusion from ceiling.
