At full brightness they appear like the incandescent bulbs they are replacing but better than them they don’t produce the heat (with nine bulbs this is significant) and they will probably last for years. And while they dim significantly, at lowest brightness they are noticeably brighter than the incandescent ones so you give up a bit of the candle level of brightness. Only 1 Year Warranty Nice design. They are dimmable but only down to about 10% which is fine for my applications. However, I contacted LOHAS customer service and the bulb only has a 1 year warranty. A similar bulb (although 40 w not 60 w) made by Bioluz has a 3 year warranty. Two of my Utilitech LED bulbs (one a cealing fan bulb, the other a 60 w light bulb) have gone bad in about 4 months. The store replaced them but just mention this so you know LED bulbs have quality issues. The “23 year life”…
