They’ll fit your smaller lava lamp, but you really don’t want to put them in there.
I purchased two of these bulbs to replace the bulbs in my children’s Lava lamps. I know that LED bulbs remain pretty cool, but when the description specifically said lava lamp, I assumed that they knew what they were talking about.Lesson of the day: never assume.While the bulbs work beautifully, they don’t get warm enough to melt the goo inside of the lava lamp.
