No mounting holes or hardware. Must drill light mount There were no mounting holes on the back side. They have to be disassembled to drill holes to match the existing holes on my boat. That is what I saw right out of the box. The small threaded insert on the back side and the area where the wires pass through will need it’s own holes also because they protrude about a quarter of an inch. Small Bright Lights These new led lights as smaller than the old bulb lights they replaced. However, I do believe they are brighter. The mounting was a bit different since the old lights used 2 sheet metal screws and the mount with 1 sheet metal screw and 1 orientation tab. They should hold up well since they don’t get any stresses or strains on them.
