Great looking tree, if the lights worked properly… Had plenty of good reviews. Had a similar tree previous to this one. Purchased this after seeing one in person. Assembly was straightforward, box was well packed and instructions were easy to understand. Painstaking to pull apart all of the branches, but nice that you can customize it.Plugged it in and….disappointment! Difficult to assemble, disassemble and store We bought this tree to replace our former tree that we used for 18 years in a row. So having been familiar with the assembly of an artificial tree for so many years, I can tell you that this was significantly more difficult. The tree has 4 sections. The top two are reasonable to work with, but the bottom 2 are nearly impossible. They are very heavy and awkward to work with. Nothing but electrical issues since I got it. Never got the lights to work. There were numerous issues:1. Manual and video showed the connections from section to section nicely placed at the bottom of the pole for each section. Not on my tree. Some sections had them there, some had them out on the tips of the branches.2. Electrical configuration in the manual didn’t match the tree. Manual said plug the bottom of the first section into the power, plug the top into the bottom of the first section, and continue up the tree…
