Good, not ideal. But excellent Customer Service. First of all, I’m a “real” buyer in that I actually paid for these. The lamps are shown and described as coming with ground spikes – I received two lamps, each packaged separately. One had a spike, the other did not. I ended up improvising something from bits of another lamp I had available so that I could “plant” the second lamp.
