Newhouse Lighting single socket pendant light cord kit for lanterns (12ft, UL listed, Black). our Black lamp cords are 12 feet long and for indoor use. This cord has an inline on/off switch and has a standard plug for us electric systems. Maximum wattage on this cord is 60 watts, for use with our lanterns. Uses a standard type a light bulb. Ul listed. With its 12 foot cord, this lighting option is ideal for hanging a paper lantern from a standard HEIGHT ceiling, plugged into the floor outlet, using the built-in on/off switch located about 3 feet from the plug. Since we use a standard type “a” bulb socket, you are allotted the freedom of using up to a 60 watt conventional bulb or CFL and LED equivalent bulbs, which can easily provide enough light for our largest of lanterns.
