So far so good. I bought these on a whim, as I had a set of Cougar H13, V16 model bulbs for about four years or so. BUT, from the package, those have given me a hell of a lot of trouble, from not locking into the plug on the truck, to flickering and going out at 70 in the middle of the night. I bought both the Nineo II H7 and the 9005 for my 2010 Subaru Outback. They work perfectly, even with the projector low beam housing. Easily twice as bright as a standard bulb. No resistor required just plugged directly into the stock connector. Clean bright white with a very nice light distribution.
