Extremely unimpressed… I was excited to install these LED headlights. According to the specifications, each headlight should be roughly 2x brighter than the stock halogen bulbs in our minivan (3,000 lumens per LED bulb vs. around 1400 lumens per halogen); however, actual performance was horrible. It did appear to illuminate a slightly wider area than the stock bulbs (albeit not very brightly), but down-the-road illumination was significantly inferior to the halogens. There was a dead…
Put these on my 2017 Subaru Forester (Limited Edition) and they fit like a charm. They come with zip ties to tie up the extra slack and extra cables which weren’t needed for my set up. But this is good to know considering other brands do not come with adapter cables in case you need them. As far as the illumination is concerned, it’s a totally different headlight…i light up the block almost. Compared to my wife’s Tiguan which comes with factory LEDs my car is now equal or a notch or two…
