This strip does not allow LEDs to shine brightly at all–Buy something better The full brightness of these LED’s would require at least a 90W supply. It is only supplied with a 12W (12V, 1000mA) supply. They do a couple clever tricks to make it so that LED’s will be nearly uniform and will work with only 12 watts but it results in greatly reduced brightness that cannot be improved by using a higher power supply.When I tested the current only 2mA was flowing thorugh each LED segment.
