2010 F150 This Light Looks Great! My personal opinion, this light stands out from all of the other tailgate lights because the LED’s are encased in a silicone like substance that protects them from the elements. The last light bar that I had, failed after 2 years (It was just a bunch of lights in a tube). This thing is bright when you have the brakes on. The wires going into the trailer plug are rather thin. I wish there was a sleeve on there to protect it from the spring cover that my trailer hitch…
Easy install Amazingly bright. Easy to install on my 2017 Ram 1500 Big Horn. I hard-wired it so I didn’t have to connect the running lights, so when you hit the brakes, wow! I doubt I will ever get rear-ended. The white reverse lights are ridiculously bright as well.A few Ram 1500 installation comments…1. Thought I would try this even though Amazon said it would not fit my ’06 Avalanche. Fit perfectly attaching it to the plastic lip on the bumper. Might not if you want to mount it to the sheet metal. I used the clips to attach it for now. Glad I did so I could slide the bar a little to center it up. Appears the center red LED lights for both left and right turn signals, making it easy to center. Only negative so far is that when using turn signals when the lights are on the opposite side…
