Nice flashlights that can be used with lithium-ion or triple-A batteries I bought these flashlights out of curiosity, because I have never owned a flashlight that could use lithium-ion batteries before. What particularly intrigued me was the inclusion of the adapter that allows the flashlight to work with three regular AAA batteries as well. I bought the 18650 batteries along with the Nitecore charger so I would have something to use with the flashlights. The 18650 batteries came, as near as I could tell, fully charged, but I put them in the charger for a while…
Decent light for the price For the price, a good pair of bright flashlights. Now I have not tried them with the 18650 batteries, just the AAA’s, but I don’t think they are really 2000 lumens. But for the price, they are a good deal and a nice compact size.Only complaint is the on-off switch. The switch on the tail of the light controls the bright-dim-strobe functions, but also the on-off. So it’s possible to turn it off as “bright”, and then have it go to a lesser brightness when you turn it on…
Can’t be beat for the $$$
