Essentially the biggest pro is being budget friendly with good light output. But with that you take a backseat to quality and design. I previously have purchased and installed Phillips retrofits. This is a really nice looking light, with a great price. The installation is easy, but the clip that holds the spring can get turned around and make the spring come off, so just watch for that. I would probably give this 4.5 stars just for that ding, but overall for this price you really cannot beat these lights.
