Nice lights, but..
Waterproof not submersible. Boat trailer lights must be submersible. There is a difference! But you can work around that. These are not submersible, they are waterproof. There is a big difference in submersible and waterproof (and a big price difference). If you want to use these on a boat trailer, you should put them on PVC pipes on the sides of the boat trailer high enough so the lights will not go under water. An alternative is to get high quality silicone and seal all joints etc. That should make them submersible. I replaced side marker lights on a 30 year old car and they work great.
