Nice looking, tedious mounting, could have been designed better. Nice looking lights when mounted and lit, however, what a hassle to drill the holes needed for wiring. These should have been wired up with a single power wire and used a screw mounting as the ground. They’re LED bulbs, low current consumption, therefore should have had a smaller gauge wire on them. Having two seperate wires coming out of the back, and spaced about 1/4 inch apart, with no recess in the back of the fixture, made for some tedious hole drilling to get these mounted flush. You…
They look great and were very easy to wire with a pair … I installed these LED lamps on a hitch platform last weekend. They look great and were very easy to wire with a pair of strippers, some heat shrink, zip ties and a cordless drill. I used #8 screws to mount them.
