Hopefully a lamp that we hope will last as long as claimed. These LED bulbs for GU10 size socket appear to be fine. Only issue is, if your fixture requires a suction cup device for removal and installation of the bulb then that method will not work. The suction cup will not attach to the bulb due to air vents on front of bulb. You will have to use rubber gloves so you can grip the bulb and twist it into the socket. They flicker on dim setting in my Broan range hood I bought these bulbs because they were advertised as dimmable. My Broan range hood has a 3-position light switch — Off, Low and High. Unfortunately they flicker on the dimmed (Low) setting. Philips and Amazon need to update the description to disclose that they apparently only work with certain dimmers.In the high position they appear to be much brighter than the 50w halogen bulbs they replaced.
