Good, step up from a basic bulb, but not the brightest bulb that they make. I have had these in my car for a couple months now, and I can say this, so far, no problems. Are these the brightest lights around. No. Are they the dullest. No. I got some new headlight assemblies for my car, and they came with some basic bulbs in them, and yes, I could tell the difference, and these were brighter, which is why i put these in, in place of the basic ones that came with them.
