Inspect bulbs carefully. If you are having connection issues immediately check the bulbs to ensure that your bulbs have serial numbers. If they do not have serial numbers they are not HUE bulbs and will not connect to the bridge. Three of the ten bulbs I purchased were regular led Philips bulbs disguised in hue packaging. Check each bulb for a unique serial number. If it does not have a serial number it is not a Hue Bulb and you need to contact customer service.
