REALLY Bright… Great fit and finish, but beware as the lamp head doesn’t adjust 2 ways as described. Received my lamp which is really very nice… However… I’m very disappointed that the lamp head does NOT rotate in the 2 directions as the diagrams indicate. You can adjust/rotate, the length of the lamp to go up and down, but the critical adjustment is to be able to rotate the length of the lamp’s axially in order to aim the light away or towards you once you have the coverage area selected by the first rotation. Best desk lamp around…& I’ve tried many! The only reason I took away 1 star is because this is my 2nd purchase of the same Phive light, as my 1st one was defective. I ordered this for my sewing desk, & the 1st one I ordered was beautifully bright, but would flicker something awful!!! It flickered so badly that it almost looked like a strobe light! Knowing that this lamp had some great reviews, I gave it another try, hoping it was a fluke. Turned out that it was just that, & I couldn’t be happier with the replacement I received…
Tips for Installation & Operation (+) A very nicely made light, well adapted for a flat or a tilt table. Ample distribution of light, with a height range of 13″-28″ which easily illuminates up to a width of 48″. High quality material components.(-) These are easily solved, but worth mentioning.
