RecPro 16′ IP68 rated full waterproof LED strip light. Our awning light kits w/ polycarbonate mounting channel are for Permanent Installation so you do not need to remove the strip light when you open or close the awning. All our LED strips are OEM rated for the highest quality for your awning. Unlike our competitors that offer IP65, all our LED Strips are IP68 rated for full waterproof protection by being covered in a crystal resin like the IP65 but it’s also encased in another Silicone sleeve for a more permanent long-lasting mounting application. Our awning kits come with a UV treated polycarbonate mounting channel.

Same As All the New RV’s These are absolutely awesome! I was upgrading my 2008 Class C RV, I have been to a lot of RV dealer ships, living here in Indiana and these lights appear to be the exact LED’s that are in all the New Class C RV’s. I have inspected the LED’s at the dealerships up close and they look the same. They sit in a track like the ones on the new RV’s. They are covered in deep clear rubbery plastic, like a 1/4″ at least. BRIGHT and Easy Install ! Here is how we installed it… BRIGHT, fun and easy to install ! Unlike cheaper designs, this fits in the provided track which attaches to the RV with industrial-strength pre-applied tape! The track comes in 4 ft sections and goes up in less than 10 minutes. The LED strip, which unlike cheaper brands is embedded in clear protective material, then just firmly snaps into the track (no tedious sliding the LED strip in from the ends, this one just easily snaps in!).
