Great indoor growth! I purchased this light to use in my 1 meter square x 63 inch tall grow tent. Since height is a limiting factor for me I did not use the included hanging system. Instead I mounted it to a 22 inch round BBQ grill that allows me to raise the light much closer to the tent ceiling. Pefect!!
