The light bar part is weather proof, it can be used under any conditions. But the kit will be short once wire and control box get wet. We are not responsible for exchanging and returning for this kind of issue.
Feature
Flash Modes:
This item includes seven modes modes of flashing/strobe.Each panel consist of 4 LED. This Strobe light unit consist of 6 panels for a total of 24 LED
Mode 1: Flashes between block panel 1,2,5,6 and block panel 3,4
Mode 2: Flashes between block panel 1,6 and block panel 2,3,4,5
Mode 3: Scan from center block panel to out block panel
Mode 4: Scan from out block panel to center block panel
Mode 5: Flashes between block panel 1,2,5,6 and block panel 3,4 a few times follow by flashing all block panels.
Mode 6: All block panel are constant flashing
Mode 7: All LED are constan on. No flash

Very Nice Light
5 stars just for the price and how bright the lights are. The only downside is no suction cup mounting, just hard mounting. The mount would not clear the taillight in my crown victoria so I have to find or fabricated a way to mount it from the bottom, or I will have to just mount it to the ceiling. This is not really a downside, as again the price is amazing. No memory for flash pattern. And all but one pattern are strobe like, not steady. It does have directional, but again it strobes. No…
