The world’s first LED floodlight with a built-in motion detector, Smartsense can transform any fixture into an outdoor security light. Set-up is as simple as screwing in a lightbulb – no wires or additional motion detection equipment necessary. Once installed, Smartsense will automatically light up whenever something moves through its path, while its intelligent motion sensing algorithm and 25-foot detection radius minimize false triggers.
Product Features
- Integrated passive infrared sensor with a 100-degree detection angle and 30-foot detection range designed to prevent false triggers
- Intelligent motion sensing algorithm activates light when motion is detected and stays lit for 90 seconds after motion ceases
- Easy to install – simply screw into any standard E26 light socket or fixture, no wires or additional motion detection Fixtures required

End of the pull-chain era I expected this to be brighter …but the sensors work well ( just make sure you position them correctly or aim them where you want them ) but overall happy with the product ..think they could be a little cheaper and brighter …but good product …so you know these were places under the eves over the garage …and after several several adjustments ( no fault to the bulb …but rather the builder !) they now light well …just expected them to be brighter !!…i hope they work will over time…
Smartsense motion-detecting floodlights are a great way to banish pull-chain closet lights from your life. We have two closets where adding a wall switch and running wiring to the pull-chain ceiling socket would have involved major surgery. Instead, you can leave the pull-chain socket on, cut off the string, and let the Smartsense floodlight do the switching for you automagically. In a 6-ft deep hall closet, the light activates as soon as the door is opened, before you even step in…
