Add some light and style to your posts with this 5″ x 5″ Solar LED Post Cap Light by GreenLighting. This versatile post cap can be used on your standard 5 x 5 patio, deck, fence, or pathway posts. The included AA Ni-CD battery is recharged every time the solar panel absorbs direct sun light. A convenient on/off switch automatically turns the LED lights off and on based on the surrounding light. No additional wires or power source are needed. It is recommended to install these post cap lights in an area that receives sunlight for 6 to 8 hours a day. Fits standard 5″ x 5″ posts.

Nice and snug a lot of mixed reviews on here. I’ll just give my experience. I order 2 orders, 24 caps in total. I’ve now had them over a month. Fit perfectly. Nice and snug. They have screw holes to secure them but I have not yet because I was wary of the negative reviews. Every single cap worked right out of the box. Great lights for privacy fence, stayed lit beyond advertised time bought these for my new privacy fence. 10 worked perfectly out of the box (I charged them for about 8 hours before using them). two required minor repair as the battery connections moved during shipping. there are instructions in the box as to how to do this so I assume it is a common issue and an easy repair.
