Super Bright Solar Marine Warning Lamp

Designed as a bright LED warning light for marine or utility applications. This self-contained solar lamps features:

• Eight (8) internal LEDs for 360 degree lighting
• Internal solar panel built-into the upper lamp surface – automatically charges during daylight
• Powered by a set of two (2) replaceable AA-sized NiMH batteries
• Unique user-accessible waterproof battery compartment – permits easy changing of batteries
• Weatherproof and shock resistant design
• Three (3) modes of operation – Fast Flash (60 per minute), Medium Flash (30 per minute) or Slow Flash (15 per minute)
• User selectable mode switch on the lamp underside
• Viewable at distance of up to 2nm (varies by installation height and other issues)
• Expect up to 8 to 10 hours of performance if fully charged
• Note that performance changes based on mode (slow flash will last much longer than fast-flash) and that daytime sun angle affects charging (winter sun angle produces less charging in northern latitudes)
• Note: during installation, use washers or stand-offs to raise the lamp base 1/4″ above decks – this prevents water pooling under the lamp
