It is a warm color temperature, and if you like that warm amber color cast, this is a good choice. Another good thing about this LED bulb is that is isn’t sealed off in the bottom half like many LED bulbs are, so the light output can reach all around, not just towards the top end and side of the bulb.

Very nice energy efficient bulb. Warm light with an antique look. I have a soft night lamp that I use to sleep by with a tall cover. The bulb I had in there cast a nice pleasant warm light, but it didn’t light up the whole lamp. This bulb is tall enough to light the whole lamp and is also warm. 2700K is probably accurate, it’s warmer than my 3000K LED it replaced. Being LED, it’s also energy efficient.
