The SYLVANIA SilverStar Ultra High Performance Headlight is our brightest downroad and whiter light. The combination of our farthest downroad, more sideroad, and whiter light helps the driver achieve more clarity helping to make night driving a less stressful, more comfortable experience. SYLVANIA achieves this using a specially designed filament, propriety gas mixture as well as a lamp coating that makes a brighter downroad light and shifts the color temperature towards a whiter light.

Great Bulbs These are great headlight bulbs. Many people say they don’t last more than a year, but they have a one year warranty on the for a reason. Otherwise, it is stated in the back as well. It takes less than 5 minutes to change these bulbs and that includes washing my hands afterwards. Even if there wasn’t a year warranty on these, I would still buy them becuase they do make a huge difference compared to the long lasting headlights. Worth the price and quality. Definitely brighter and better than OEM light bulbs. For halogens, these are closer to white. Only HIDs and LEDs can reach the color temps of 6000K and up. However this is about 5000K and looks white to me. See my photos for the comparison between the new Sylvania 9006 SilverStar Ultra in the headlights, versus OEM factory bulbs in the fog lights.
