I like these. Hoping to get a long lifespan out of the bulbs. I have been using multiple-generations of CFL globe-style bulbs for over 20 years in my bathroom fixture. They never made the rated lifetime, presumably due to the nature of lighting a bathroom. Turn on for 45 minutes in the morning, then turned on for 2-5 minutes at a time the rest of the day. My last set of CFL bulbs have really been disappointing as far as life (had 2 burn out after 2 years) and warm-up time (5 minutes to full bright). Definitely not saving money with that short life-span…
Excellent LED bulbs to replace bathroom incandescent globe bulbs.
Much better light than traditional bulbs! I was a little disappointed when I moved into my new apartment a few months ago and found that the bathroom required EIGHT bulbs. Of course, it came with bulbs, but they were the cheap, clear, incandescent ones that I hate — I always feel like that little visible filament is trying to blind me. So I headed to the store and bought the white bulbs. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the funds at the time to go high quality, and they’ve been burning out faster than I want to spend money on better…
