Fantastic replacement for an incandescent bulb This bulb is a perfect and in fact superior replacement for an incandescent globe bulb. It is much brighter than a 60W incandescent, it stays much cooler, and it has a very uniform brightness. Sometimes different style LEDs bulbs can have visually obtrusive bases because they need a large heat sink. In this case the heat sink is hardly noticeable. Slight buzzing, other than that they are great! Bought six of these to make a vanity and torchstar listed this leviton switch as a good match, leviton did not list these bulbs on their comparison chart but they work well. The only slight complaint I have is there is a buzzing which gets louder when output is increased. You could get used to it after a while. The person I built the vanity for doesn’t care though so not a big deal. Also I’ve read a lot of people have buzzing with led lights on a dimmer switch so it sounds like a common issue…
