Works ok They turn on too early at dusk, around 7:20 PM in August. It is still bright outside and there are still sunshine. I observed it for 5 days. Knock off 1 star because of that. I installed 1 in front of my house in a clear fixture and another one in the back in a hanging socket which the bulb is naked by itself. They both turn on at the same time around 7:20 PM. I haven’t observe them in the morning yet. My guess is they turn off around 7:00 AM. That’s 12 hours on running time every day; waste…
All these lights stopped working in 6 weeks or less I ordered 4 of these light bulbs. I only needed 2, but the price was better for 4. I placed one by my front door and one by my back door. They worked well enough. They gave off a bright, white light, which is exactly what I needed for the areas I had them in. They usually only came on when dark, though sometimes an overcast day would set them off. I have just thrown out the last of the four bulbs. The first 2 last about 2 or 3 weeks.
